Determination of the performance of air-entrained semi-lightweight
concrete incorporating pelletized blast-furnace slag. |
The purpose of this phase of the
investigation was to determine the performance of air-entrained, semi-lightweight
concrete incorporating up to 65 percent pelletized slag, with expanded
shale as the coarse aggregate. The quality and the type of slag used may have contributed to the poor performance of the above concretes at low cementitious material factors. |
